Membership Logo Use Policy

The Metaphor Society membership logos, including the Member and Practitioner Member logos, remain the copyright of Andrew T. Austin and The Metaphor Society.

Current members are granted a limited, non-transferable permission to display the logo appropriate to their membership status on their own professional websites, social media profiles and promotional materials.

• A logo may only be used while the person remains a current member of The Metaphor Society.
• Members may only use the logo corresponding to their current membership category.
• The logo must not be altered, distorted, recoloured, incorporated into another logo or used in a way that misrepresents the member’s status.
• Use of a membership logo must not imply endorsement, accreditation or approval of services beyond the membership status it represents.
• Permission to use the logo ends immediately if membership expires, is cancelled or is terminated. The logo must then be removed from all websites, social media accounts and promotional materials.
